Shopping Cart Website with payment on installments

I am looking for a shopping cart that will have the option for payment on installments for my products. Do I need recurring billing feature?

I guess you will need recurring billing option because you will have to bill the customer at a later time. The question is what happens when billing fails and you have shipped the product

Do you have an online store already of are you just looking for to build an online store now? If you have currently an ecommerce website you should look into your shopping cart capabilities and if it does not support recurring billing you simply should move to a web store that supports this. If you are looking to build an online store probably you best choice would be the AT Ecommerce /ecommerce/crm-software.aspx Platform or http://www.shoppingcartdepot.com which is a shared service for small merchants.
